Lone Star Police Department

Case #2506-00144:  Lone Star Police were dispatched to a residence on Fannin Street regarding an assault that just occurred.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated Jerry Glen Jimmerson had taken naked pictures of another woman (the victim is in a relationship with Jimmerson). When the victim went to confront Jimmerson about the situation, Jimmerson pulled a small razor blade out and try to cut the victim. There were no visible injuries on the victim. 

Jimmerson left the residence prior to the arrival of the Lone Star Police, so they left to search for him.

A Morris County Deputy Sheriff notified Lone Star officers he had located Jimmerson at another residence on Fannin St.

Lone Star Police made contact with Jimmerson, and after questioning him, the victim, and the other woman, Lone Star Police placed him under arrest for Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon-Family Violence. Jimmerson was also arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Gregg County for Bond Forfeiture/POSS CS PG 1 <1G.  Lone Star Police served that warrant, as well.
